These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.facetsbygarima.in, operated by Facets by Garima LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including all purchases made via this site. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

2. Products & Availability

All our products are handcrafted in small batches, and as such:

  • Availability is limited and subject to change without notice.

  • Each product may differ slightly in colour, shape, or finish due to its handmade nature.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

We do our best to display product details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s screen will represent the colours or textures perfectly.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices listed are in INR for Indian customers and may reflect USD for international buyers.

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for errors in pricing or stock availability.

  • Payment processing is securely handled by Shopify and its partnered gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India, using trusted logistics partners.

  • In-stock orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are approximately 10–12 business days for orders within India.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

  • All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

  • Damaged items will be eligible for replacement only if an unboxing video and written notice are provided within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been processed. Please email us at info@facetsbygarima.in immediately with your order number.
