In-stock items:
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Custom/trade orders: Made-to-order pieces have a production timeline of 12–14 weeks, depending on confirmation, order size and design specifications.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, along with tracking information.
3. Delivery Timelines
Within India:

Standard delivery within 10–12 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note: Delivery dates may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
India:

Free shipping on all orders over ₹5000.

Orders below ₹5000 will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. Packaging
All products are:

Carefully bubble-wrapped and boxed using eco-conscious packaging.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we partner with reliable logistics providers, Facets by Garima is not liable for delays caused by:

7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or via the tracking link provided.

8. Damaged Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged:

Clear images of the packaging and damaged product

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept:
